Who are we? Roomfast.com is managed by Hospitality Management Solutions Inc. which is owned and operated by Rene and Shosh van't Verlaat, Miami residents since 1982. We have been working every facet of the Hospitality Industry, from tour guide to sales to hotel management. We know and breath this beautiful city inside and out, and we like to show what Miami's hospitality is about. Browse through our site and you will see only a limited selection of hotels, of course we could have listed all 800 or so hotels in Miami but quality and value are very important to us and that's the reason why we only work with establishments with which we have a special relationship, those that we personally trust will take excellent care of our our guests. We constantly monitor all our hotels for the highest level of customer satisfaction but if you happen to have a complaint about a hotel call us immediately and we will do our utmost to remedy the problem or relocate you to another hotel. Why can we offer lower rates than the hotel? Since hotels are rarely filled to capacity we negotiate whole sale rates with them in return for volume reservations. These special rates are then passed on to you. Simple as that. Payment: After confirming your reservation a 15% deposit will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your stay is due upon arrival at the hotel where you can pay with your credit card or in cash if you prefer. Not only do we book hotels, we can also assist you with booking excursions, car , bike, scooter, skate, jet ski rentals, arranging limousines, parasailing, sky diving, scuba diving, cruises, advising you on museums, Everglades trips, shopping, booking you on a deep sea fishing trip and much more.
